Answer:
1.    Include more & more diagrams/flow charts/tree diagrams/graphs/charts etc to explain your content better.
2.     Over all material should be very well streamlined. Should look good. Good grade in assignment helps you to achieve overall good marks.
3.      Don’t just copy/paste from study material but add your view in easy language.
4.      Underline important points / statements.
5.      Start doing this work well in time so no need to make a hurry at eleventh hour.

Not exactly. Truly speaking never counted each & every word. But I think tolerance of 20-30 works are okay in big questions of 15-20 marks.

4-5 pages are enough for a 20 marks question.

Blue pen only. ( I prefer gel pen)

Yes.

Yes. I think this is very important. We must include block diagrams.

Well I believe that it's not the hours you study that matters, it is all about your interest, dedication, concentration & enthusiasm. Regular study is must.

How did you prepare for TEE? Did you make comprehensive subject-wise notes? Please give details.
Regular reading & understanding the concepts of subject helps a lot.

Paper setters' experts are quite smart. TEE papers are able enough the subject knowledge.

Answer:
Love your studies. Develop interest in it by going through more and more examples & case studies. It will not only help you to develop interest but also helps in memorize it for loner time. Include more & more diagrams/flow charts/tree diagrams/graphs/charts etc to explain your content better. Don’t just memorize the book but try to learn the basic concepts.

The gold medalists in IGNOU are identified based on the recommendations of a Committee constituted by the Competent Authority for the purpose. IGNOU University Gold Medal  is given to the respective course topper(s) who fulfills all of the following criteria :- (1) The students should have completed the programme within minimum duration.  For Eg: The minimum duration to complete M.A. Programme is 2 years. (2) The student should have secured highest aggregate marks in the programme. (3) The student should not have repeated any of the courses in the programme. (4) The student should not have been booked under un-fair means during the course of study. (5) The student should have secured first division in the programme. How to Calculate Final marks in IGNOU

Calculate Final marks, Division and Grades in IGNOU For calculation of final marks in a course, assignment carry 30% weightage while 70% weightage is given to the marks obtained in the Term End Examination (TEE). 1- For courses in which maximum marks in Term End Examination (TEE) and assignments = 100, you can use the following method. However, it should be used only when marks indicated in the IGNOU grade card are out of 100.       Let us take different examples to understand the exact procedure:- When Maximum Marks = 100 Calculation of Assignment Marks Calculation of TEE Marks Final marks in the course out of 100 Marks obtained in Assignment out of 100 Assignment Marks according to 30% weightage i.e.  (Column-a) * 0.3 Marks obtained in TEE out of 100 TEE Marks according to 70% weightage i.e.  (Column-c) * 0.7 Final marks = (Assignment Marks in Column-b + TEE Marks in Column-d)
